POSTAGE & SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped by Australia Post and shipping charges are calculated on weight.
  • Orders are shipped discreetly and are contained within Australia Post branded packaging.
  • Delivery Time is dependant on shipping method selected - Expected Parcel Delivery by Australia Post 2-10 days

STOCK CONTROL

  • All items in stock will be shipped the following day by the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.
  • We aim to keep most items in stock, but sometimes manufacturing times are delayed for various reasons. In which case, the customer will be informed and orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS & SECURITY

  • All Orders are procssed securely by our third party payment gateways such as GlobeCharge and Paypal
  • At no time does Body Kits 4 Chicks receive your personal payment details - Payment simply arrives in our account without us ever finding out the particular details of your credit cards.
  • We accept all major brands of payment that is currently accepted by PayPal. This includes but is not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express and direct bank transfer.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Due to the nature of the product we are selling and Health and Safety requirements of Australia, we can not accept any return product that has been worn.
  • All our products are inspected before shipment for defects. However, if we managed to miss something, please contact us at returns@bodykits4chicks.com.au and arrangements can be made to return the damaged product.
  • Returns will only be accepted within 28 days of purchase.
  • Any returns that are received by Body Kits 4 Chicks without prior arrangement will not receive a refund. All enquiries must be arranged with Body Kits 4 Chicks beforehand.

 

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
